Women of the Markets is a one-day virtual program on 22 July 2022 (Sydney time zone) for female students looking to join our Full Time Rotational Analyst program in 2024.

Women of the Markets is designed to help you learn more about our business at the intersection of finance and technology. During the program, you’ll get to know our unique culture and gain an understanding of where you could add value at BlackRock as we offer a wide range of opportunities in Sales, Strategic & Corporate Functions, Investments, and Technology. This program will also offer you a great opportunity to build your resume, grow your network and gain a competitive edge that employers will value.

Eligibility: 
Female Undergraduate or Master's students of all academic backgrounds graduating between July 2022 and December 2023. All candidates must have less than 18 months of full-time, directly relevant work experience.
