Insight Program

The Spring Insight Program is a week-long initiative for students of all academic backgrounds graduating in 2022. The program offers an immersive experience in one of our business areas – you’ll participate in work shadowing, a group project, networking and social events. You’ll be well on your way to being a true student of the markets by the end of the week. We think it’s important to have an open mind about where you begin your career and you’ll be able to apply to up to two business areas.

Spring Insight Dates:

Technology, Analytics and Operations Spring Insight - 20 April-24 April 2020

Frankfurt & Zurich Spring Insight - 20 April - 24 April 2020

Eligibility:

Undergraduate students should be graduating between January 2022 and July 2022. Master's students should be graduating between January 2022 and December 2022. All candidates must have less than 18 months of full-time, directly relevant work experience.

Important:  

Candidates can apply for up to two opportunities within the Spring Insight programme however you must submit both opportunities at the same time.

If you withdraw your application, you will not be able to apply for a different role. Once submitted you cannot make amendments to your application.

Next steps:

Once you submit your application you will immediately be invited to submit a Virtual Cover Letter and/or take a CodeVue assessment depending on the vacancy or vacancies you apply to.  You must submit your Virtual Cover Letter within 72 hours and/or the CodeVue assessment within 96 hours, as failure to do so will result in your application being automatically withdrawn.
