Our Women of the Markets Accelerator (taking place across three days - 3, 4 & 7 October 2022) is designed to provide an in-depth look at how we serve clients and meet their evolving needs. You’ll get the chance to learn more about us and what we do, as well as meet our colleagues and prepare for your future professional career.

This opportunity is for women who are passionate about building and analysing investment strategies, portfolios and products, and are students graduating with an undergraduate or master's degree in 2023 or 2024.

You will have the opportunity to network with inspirational employees, learn more about opportunities with BlackRock and gain the skills and knowledge necessary to build a fulfilling career. And on the last day of the program, participants will have the chance to be considered for one of our 2023 Early Career programs. If successful in securing a place on the accelerator, you will be invited to attend the first two days of the program in-person at our London office and all interviews will take place on the last day of the program virtually.
